Our Costs - Our Fees - Our Rates 
 
Our fees are relatively inexpensive (especially for what you get and accomplish) compare to the majority of speed and personal fitness companies in the valley and throughout the country.  We like to keep fees at a reasonable price so everyone has a chance to participate in our training programs. We try very hard not to turn potential speedsters and fitness enthusist away because of ones financial situation. Our goal is to help every person that comes to us get faster, fitter and in shape the correct, efficient and most fun way possble.
 
Consideration will be taken into account for those athletes and clients who are unable to pay full fees due to financial hardship, as long as you are able to prove your situation. Your privacy is central to us, so please only discuss your financial situation with one of our trainers. We respect the confidentiality of your private communications with us and take it seriously.

SPEED & SPRINT CLINICS  
 
Athletic Directors, Head Coaches, we will come to your practice facility and teach your athletes and coaches the "CORRECT" and "PROPER" way to train for speed, including proper sports specific warm-up drills and technique. This is for the athletes and coaches who needs a bit of  guidance, structure and expertise to take they speed and sprint training programs to the next level, as well as for the team sports for Speed, Agility & Quickness improvement.  By following the proper warm-up, drills, workout and cool down sequence you'll have your athletes running faster and safer than you would have ever thought possible. This is a great way to learn in a short amount of time and follow up visits are always available.
 
Do this for the athletes, do this to take your program to the next level and you will be 100% satisfied.

$20.00 - $35 per athlete per session depending on the number of athletes.
