Rawle Crichlow has been involved in Track & Field, Sprinting, Running and various other sports for over 25 plus years. He was born in Barbados, West Indies, and moved to the USA (Setauket, Long Island, NY) in 1974 as a youngster.

Rawle started participation in Track & Field in 1979. He has competed at the high school, local, club, collegiate and post collegiate levels. As a student athlete for the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, he was consistently one of the top scorers for the team all four years he competed, as well as, one of the top sprinters in New England and the East Coast in individual and relay events ranging from 55 meters to 400 meters. He was a four-year letterman in indoor and outdoor track and at one time held three school records. He still holds the indoor 300 meters record of 34.8 and is number three all time in the 55 meters dash at 6.2 (6.44) seconds. While at the University of Massachusetts Amherst www.massachusetts.edu he earned team MVP honors, as well as All New England and All Eastern Honors numerous times.

Rawle competes nationally and internationally as a Masters Athlete in the 40–44 age group, where he is recognized as one of the top sprinters in the world. He plans to run and compete for the rest of his life. He won the USATF National Masters Indoor 60 meters Championship in Boston, MA in March 2004 in a very fast time of 7.11. He won the prestigious PENN Relays 100meters and anchored the winning 4 x 100 meters relay win in April 2005 and once again anchored the winning 2006 PENN Relay 4 x 100 team. He also holds the Arizona age group records in the 55m, 60m, 100m and 200m and is consistently rank among the top sprinters in the national master’s rankings. Athlete-Client Testimonials

I would like to thank you for all the time you have spent with me thus far. You have given me the best training and with your help I hope to improve even more.
Nicole Kittelson

"Thank you for training me. I appreciate your hard work that you put in to get me faster.  I also want to say thanks for the Feel The Heat bag."
Sharkena Goodson

Rawle,
"Thanks for all your work as Jacob's coach.  He has really enjoyed the last year as a member of the club.  He has made great improvements and gained confidence in himself. Your coaching is a big part of that.  Thanks for your work, coaching expertise, and patience with Jacob."
Matt Hatch

Thank you for the work and making me faster.  I hope you have a nice day with us.
Donald Goodson II

Thanks Rawle,
"Thank you so much for your time this past weekend. We had a great time and Kathryn's confidence is up again. She really needed that (reference to indoor track meet).  We are very happy you are in our lives." Patti McNiel

Crichlow,
"For far too long Donald has viewed running faster as an obstacle, an unreachable journey. Your knowledge, training style, and personality has turned all of these negatives into moments of pleasure and success!"
Donald Goodson

I"t was great to watch my daughter train under you."
Yvette Goodson

Hi Rawle,
"I learned so much in just the first session. This morning, when I tried to put it all together, I realized I have a way to go, especially in keeping my arms relaxed."
Michelle Berman

Rawle,
"Thanks for helping me & Don II out! Without you Don's baseball skills would be deficient."
Donald Goodson

"Rawle trains people fast, sane, and humane. No miles upon miles just for the sake of doing distance. With Rawle's training programs, the workouts are fun, and you get the most benefit for the least amount of time. If you don't like the jogger's shuffle, I recommend the Crichlow hustle."
Adam Gaines

Feel The Heat Track Club is exactly what I'm looking for. I would like to start participating ASAP.
